Robert R. Marino, 73, of Bridgeton, was arrested on July 3, 2023, on charges related to an alleged incident involving a 16-year-old boy, they said.
A grand jury indicted Marino on Jan. 24, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
A month after being charged in the first case, a second man claimed Marino sexually assaulted him for several years during the 1990s when he was a teenager and Marine was his coach, the prosecutor previously said.
